* Fix use of `toml` v0.6
* Optimize `CratesTomlParseError`: Box variant `TomlParse`
   Since now `toml:🇩🇪:Error` is a wrapper of `toml_edit::TomlError`,
   which is at least 3 * `size_of::<Vec<_>>()`.
